We currently accept the following payment options:

• Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available nationwide (subject to courier coverage).
• For certain orders, especially customized items or remote areas, an advance payment of 50–200 BDT may be required for confirmation.
• The full payment must be made to the courier agent during delivery.
3. Mobile Banking Payments
If you pay through bKash, Nagad, or Rocket:
• You must provide the Transaction ID after payment.
• If payment is sent to the wrong number, the responsibility lies with the customer.
• Your order will be processed once the payment is verified.
4. Bank Transfer
• Bank transfers may take 1–24 hours to reflect.
• Orders are confirmed only after the payment is received.
• A screenshot or receipt must be provided for verification.
5. International Payments
For international customers, please contact our support team before placing your order to arrange a suitable payment option.
6. Order Confirmation
• Once the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS/Messenger.
• COD orders are verified by a confirmation call or message.
7. Refund Policy
• Refunds or replacements are provided if the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
• Refunds are made through the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
